Construction Complete, Inspections Passed and Certificate of Occupancy

Construction Complete

After a few glitches with the final inspections, we now have our certificate of occupancy, so can move in some furniture. There remain a few finish-out details, but it’s now legal for us to occupy the house. Here are some pictures.

Concrete Pour – Driveway

Here are some photos of the concrete pour for the driveway, front walk and firepit area. Note our contractor installed PVC pipe runs under the driveway and front walk to accommodate later installed irrigation pipes and cable. Nice to plan ahead for those items.
